The Lotus Pond Center is a Yoga Teacher Training School, offering multiple 200 hour certification programs throughout the year, along with our 500 hour advanced teacher training program. We offer master teachers, an inspired curriculum, and awesome locations in Tampa, FL and atop the Blue Ridge Mountains in Boone, North Carolina. Find the program that’s right for you, from a 3-week immersion in North Carolina to a longer program that meets weekly in Florida, or a combination of both.
We are located on a beautiful 4.5 acre retreat with a 3 classroom yoga studio and training center in a scenic log cabin with high wood beamed ceilings and a great view of the peaceful gardens and waterfall.
As an an affiliate of the Kripalu Center, we bring in exceptional, dynamic teachers from all over the country to share their love and wisdom with our students for a range of trainings and special events, including our Annual Yogi Festival.
