Borealis GeoPower Inc. is a private Canadian corporation focused on developing high temperature geothermal projects throughout Western and Northern Canada. We are a team comprised of world-class geoscientists, engineers, and project developers. 10 years ago, we came together from all walks of the oil and gas industry and have been on a mission to perform as much technology transfer, best practices transfer and introduction of new technology from diverse industries, into the geothermal industry as possible.
We are the next generation of energy- it’s clean, renewable, baseload power and heat that can fuel communities. We bring energy and food security with an emphasis of “please in my backyard” from the community and First Nations. Borealis GeoPower is bringing energy security via geothermal energy, both power and heat; local, diverse food choices; and new economy jobs to Canada. We are the only company in Canada carrying out geothermal research and development (R&D) that has a national scope.
