Public Presentation of Exclusive Seed Sales Site Local Market To Be Exclusive Location For Organic Seeds from Seeds Savers Exchange Through a cooperative arrangement with Friendship Farms & Fare and Ecology Florida, the Market Off Main, in New Port Richey, will offer a wide range of organic, heirloom, non-GMO seeds exclusively from Seed Savers Exchange. The seed display and sales area will be presented to the public at a special event on Small Business Saturday, November 29, at 1:00 PM. The public is invited to attend. There will be lectures and presentations by local officials and community leaders. Market Off Main in New Port Richey will be the only location in the Tampa Bay region offering these high quality packaged seeds from Seed Savers Exchange. It will be the exclusive location west of the Orlando/Ocala area, north of Ft. Myers, and south of Tallahassee for gardeners to acquire Seed Savers Exchange’s high quality heirloom, organic seeds. At present, there are no retail seed racks for Seed Savers anywhere in the region, including major metropolitan areas such as Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. Market Off Main is located at 6214 Lincoln St., just off of Main Street, and just to the east of the Main Street bridge. It features local produce, a delicatessen, and a cafe.
