#JoinHands for a few minutes at Noon with thousands around the world to say Yes to Clean Energy and No to Dirty Fuels! Please arrive by 11:30 to get ready to Join Hands at Noon.
Join the world wide Hands Across The Sand event on May 16th. Florida Suncoast Sierra Club, Tampa Bay Sierra Club, Rise Above Plastics – Suncoast Surfrider Foundation, Suncoast Surfrider Foundation and St. Petersburg Sustainability Council will be holding what is historically one of the largest gatherings of people around the world joining hands to say yes to clean energy and no to dirty fuels. We are moving to Gandy Bridge this year for easier access to all parts of the Tampa Bay Area.

What is Hands Across the Sand?
Hands Across The Sand / Land is bringing organizations & people together who are committed to advancing clean energy initiatives & protecting our Earth, Oceans & Oxygen from Filthy Fuels.
Hands Across the Sand is a world wide movement made of people of all walks of life and crosses political affiliations. This movement is not about politics; it is about protection of the air we breath, the water that sustains us, our coastal economies, oceans, marine wildlife and fishing industries. This movement is about embracing energy sources that will sustain our planet.
Driving Directions:
From Pinellas/St Pete Side – start across causeway to bridge, we will be on the right hand side on the Gandy Bridge Beach. Look for signs!! From Tampa Side – go over Gandy Bridge, when get to the two radio/tv towers – turn left into the beach area.
