Global food loss and waste amount to between one-third and one-half of all food produced. The actual number, 40%.

We will be giving an in-depth presentation on food waste and some of the solutions to elongate our current food resources.

Tara LaSalla

Tara is the owner of Green Me Locally which was established in 2010 with a mission to bring awareness to the surrounding community about local eco-friendly businesses, events and sustainable living.
