Hi, I am Molly Hahn and having a daily sketch practice has helped me to stay anchored while navigating the inevitable ups and downs of life. I really don’t know what I would do without it.
I am passionate about teaching the creative tools that have helped me to reduce anxiety and stress, manage PTSD and sensory processing issues, process emotions, and positively distract myself from negative thinking patterns.
I will be teaching my online Mindful Drawing course from Feb. 4th – Feb 16th. No drawing experience needed. The class is accessed on the internet and is completely self-paced (no falling behind). You can pre-register here: http://bit.ly/MindfulWinter2019
Teaching a small class is my preference, so I limit the enrollment to 100 seats, and I typically fill all the seats! If you register early by Jan 11th, not only will you save your seat, but you will also get the early bird discount (which is $99 before the fee increases to $149). You can save your seat here: http://bit.ly/MindfulWinter2019
What to expect:
You will receive daily step-by-step lessons, including seven pre-recorded video lessons, three online live group coaching calls (all recorded), a bonus “Intro to Digital Painting” course, and a bonus A 60 + page PDF class guidebook that includes coloring pages and mindful drawing exercises!
Live Call Schedule (all calls are recorded):
Feb 4th at 8:00am PST/ 11:00am EST
Feb 11th at 8:00am PST/ 11:00am EST
Feb 20th at 8:00am PST/ 11:00am EST
