“Celebrating Sustainability” is the theme for this educational and fun event. Speakers, exhibits, music, food, kids’ activities, tours, demonstrations…a celebration of Spring, Earth Day, organic food, combined with learning more about how you can live green!

This is our 11th annual Green Earth Fair, and it has a terrific line-up!

Listen to experts speaking about nutrition, renewable energy, organic gardening and lawn care, landscaping with native plants, and more.

Spend some time listening to live music—sit on the grass or chairs in front of the Main Stage, listening to solo artists and bands; acoustic and electric. Some new, some favorites from past years! More details below.

In the Kids’ Garden, children may plant seeds, explore the soil for critters, make bird feeders, and learn about healthy foods. Near the Main Stage, children can make their own musical instruments from recycled materials, then participate in the Children’s Parade at 3:00 pm.

The parade will be led by Ruby the Redbird (the inimitable Carolyn Finzer, decked out as a cardinal), assisted by members of the Madison Jr. High School (Naperville) band. The children’s parade will be quite a sight to see and hear as it winds around the campground, accompanied by beaming parents!
