Our tour begins at the wonderful @Trio Yoga at 3:00pm for a demonstration on Acro and Aero yoga while enjoying a tasty treat prepared by our friends at Sambazon. We then whisk you away to Earth’n’ Us Farm to rekindle the connection we have with Mother Earth. Pet the animals, stroll through the gardens, visit the bee hives, check out the 3 story tree house and enjoy all that this wonderful oasis has to offer. It’s off to Choices Cafe – Upper East Side Miami– Upper East Side Miami to tickle our tastebuds with a mouth watering bite prepared with love and paired off with delicious organic wine provided by Girasole Vineyards. Our final stop takes us to Mi Vida Cafe, Vegan Cuisine where we have the pleasure of enjoying the food love they have to offer with Girasol Vineyard & Inn again pairing the food and wine deliciousness. On the bus we will be delighted by the tastes of OM Cocktails and other surprises await you.. Quinn Popcorn, Skoop, Essentia Water, SeedTabs and EnerBee.
