Patel College of Global Sustainability is sponsoring a student lecture series for Recyclemania. Every Thursday a PCGS student will present on the Recyclemania theme of the week. This series will focus on Recycling basics.
The seminar will cover fundamental areas of effective individual recycling efforts; common and conditional curbside recyclable items, recyclable items that must be taken to separate processing facilities, and items commonly placed in recycle bins that are NOT recyclable. Topics will include basic recycling information and recommendations, where to find recycling programs in your area, and where to take your non-curbside recyclables.
This event will take place in room 140 in the Patel College of Global Sustainability, located on the University of South Florida’s campus.
