The Tampa Solar Tour is hosted by the USF student chapter of the International Solar Energy Society and the Sierra Club of Tampa Bay. Join more than 150,000 people in 3,000 communities across the U.S. by participating in the 20th ASES National Solar tour.
Beginning at 9:00am hear solar experts speak, talk with local solar energy companies and other sustainable energy vendors, see the electric cars that will be on display, and participate in guided walking tours of solar sites on campus.  At 11:00 a complimentary lunch will be provided.  At 12:00 take a guided bus tour of residential and commercial solar installations in the Tampa area.  The event will end at 4:00 p.m.
Also pick up a Free “Get Started” guide provided by ASES.

Tara LaSalla

Tara is the owner of Green Me Locally which was established in 2010 with a mission to bring awareness to the surrounding community about local eco-friendly businesses, events and sustainable living.
