Patel College of Global Sustainability is sponsoring a student lecture series for Recyclemania. Every Thursday a PCGS student will present on the Recyclemania theme of the week. This series will focus on electronic waste, also known as e-waste.
Have you ever wondered how to dispose of your electronic waste responsibly? Have you ever felt guilty about throwing a piece of electronic waste (batteries, HDMI cable, chargers, etc.) into the garbage? Join this seminar to learn more about what e-waste is, how to dispose of e-waste responsibly, how it impacts our environment,, and how to be a conscious electronic consumer. E-waste will be collected.
Refreshments will be served.
This event will take place in room 3707 in the Marshall Student Center on the University of South Florida’s campus.
