Not all green smoothies are created equal. I’ve made quite a few that ended up bitter but I drank them anyway because I knew it was good for me. Generally, I’m not a recipe-kind-of-girl when it comes to making smoothies. I use whatever frozen & fresh produce I have on hand. Your taste buds will thank you though, if you do a little homework and find a few recipes that are proven to taste great.
